A way forward
While there is much work to be done, it has to begin with awareness and recognition. This program will hopefully validate experiences for some and trigger reflection in others, hopefully heighten awareness and in turn begin to change behavior.

I believe that this course is an important step in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workplace. Learning to recognize and confront racial bias can create a more inclusive and respectful environment for all employees.
The course is open to all employees, regardless of their role or level within the organization. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow as we work together to combat racism in our workplace and beyond.
