i could support ending racism by stoping or reporting who ever is doing it.

Incredibly powerful and thought-provoking. It's clear that racism is still a major issue in our society and it's important that we all do our part to dismantle it. The stories shared by the speakers really drove home the impact that racism has on individuals and communities, and I'm committed to taking action and being an ally in the fight for justice and equality.

Racism is a behavior that we might encounter daily at work. Communication and education are the best ways to eliminate racism at work.

After viewing the scenarios from this educational activities, I will pay more attention to the feelings of my coworkers with different ethnicities.  It is goos to know that MGB has an excellent resources and supports to prevent racism at work for us.
