Ending Racism: Everyone's Responsibility

Not sure my comment saved, but want to agree with those before me. Useful and important course that has me reflecting on my past behavior and hope my awareness will help offset my blindspots/implicit biases in general, but particularly in the workplace and with my patients.

This content was very helpful, it was nice to see how different responses elicited different reactions. I was interested to see the results when I had thought I chose the correct response, but I was in fact wrong.

The four varying scenarios were helpful to see different ways that people react and different ways to respond to situations more appropriately and professionally while keeping other people's feelings, perceptions, values and morals in mind.
