This centralized website for Mass General Brigham physicians will enable you to locate the following licensure resources: Key Points, Required Courses, CME Transcript, Dropbox for Required Documentation (e.g. BORIM application, wallet license, etc), and FAQs.

Step 1. 

• For MA Renewals*: please renew your license on BORIM License Management System. (Keep a PDF copy of your license application)
• For NH Renewals*: please renew your license on the NH Board of Medicine website

* PLEASE NOTE: you will need your BORIM username & password to renew your license. You will also need to link your license to your account using your license number.

Step 2. Upload a copy of your BORIM active license (wallet size that you receive in the mail) to the Dropbox (click on icon below).

Step 3. Compile a transcript of your internal and external credits (click on the transcript icon below).

Step 4. Complete the one-time and every two-year BORIM required courses if you have not done so (click on courses icon below).
