The course validated some experiences that I have had at my particular site, which quite frankly lacks diversity. It gave me the confidence to approach and confront certain situations rather than avoid.

Well put together content that was useful in considering implicit biases and how to address discrimination, micro aggresions, etc.. It also did a good job covering what may be uncofortable for some to think about, but it is important to address these issues to improve.

These videos were very insightful and effective. Clearly stated and brought attention to the reality for many people.

This information was thoughtfully put and addressed a variety of experiences from POC. Always helps to hear stories from the people who lived them.

I really appreciated the 4th video, where Marie leads by example to show her colleagues that it is important they (as leaders) take responsibility and be united against racism as this will impact those all around them in the rest of the hospital.

I appreciated the different scenarios and the way they were presented.

The different modules showcase racism in different careers. The experience of each character felt true in today's society. The question still remains how to address these issues when you do not have the support of those around you. Though the modules showed the support from peers this is the exception and not based in true reality given lived and witnessed experiences.

I appreciated the creative approach to exploring a serious topic, specifically the day dream sequences that explored the employee's inner state and reactions in a relatable way.

I was very engaged with the training. I thought the scenarios were realistic and concrete, and instead of inspiring fear of doing the wrong thing, I feel like I have a better idea of some examples of how to address this. Only mildly corny.
