I thought this training was very well put together. I liked the four scenarios as it gave perspective into the situation from each individual's point of view, which is imperative to understanding how everyone plays an active role in achieving change.

Racism remains a systemically present factor in many areas of our country, yet remains unrecognized by many who are less affected by it. This training helps bring awareness to those who are unaffected, bringing us another step closer to dismantling racism across MGB.

I think that this content has been extremely helpful in recognizing racial bias in all situations. I am appreciative of all of the examples that were provided in how to appropriately confront discrimination and resolve the issue if I observe that scenario.

I found the videos extremely helpful to recognizing scenarios in which a coworker may be displaying racial bias and discrimination. I know have more ideas of how I can appropriately be an advocate and stand up to discrimination in an effective manner.
