This bystander education course will provide employees with an understanding of how interpersonal racism continues to support and maintain systemic racism. Through scenario-based learning, participants will develop skills for recognizing racial bias and confronting discrimination. An overview of related Human Resources policies and practices will be given to support employees in actively dismantling racism within Mass General Brigham.

Ending Racism: Everyone's Responsibility
I found this education course to be very important, especially in highlighting how prevalent racism still is in the workplace. It reinforced the need for everyone, not just those directly affected, to step up and address these issues when they witness them, promoting a more inclusive and respectful environment

Importance of DEI training
This type of DEI training is important for anyone who is working with patients or with coworkers from backgrounds other than their own. Especially with things like microaggressions, it can really hurt someone and you might not know it.
