I found this education course to be very important, especially in highlighting how prevalent racism still is in the workplace. It reinforced the need for everyone, not just those directly affected, to step up and address these issues when they witness them, promoting a more inclusive and respectful environment

This was an excellent and put together course.

This type of DEI training is important for anyone who is working with patients or with coworkers from backgrounds other than their own. Especially with things like microaggressions, it can really hurt someone and you might not know it.

I've been both on the receiving end and have witnessed discrimination / harassment as shown in the videos, and they illicit the same reactions watching them now as when I went through those situations in the past.  Great way to show those who haven't had to deal with those racial issues what it is like to be in on the receiving end.

The content was exceptionally well-written and very well put together. I feel it was a great depiction of racism throughout all levels of employment in the system. It had very good examples of different microaggressions one may experience, some of which may go unnoticed. It will definitely make for more self-awareness.
