Thoughtful scenarios that reflect the real difficulties we face - and a road map on how to behave in a professional manner and improve and learn regardless of which person's shoes we find ourselves to be.

Well done video, appreciated the interactive "choose-your-own-adventure" aspect, and that the actors were a lot more convincing than some other training videos. It didn't really address enough how the system/company can support workers rather than have them speak up for themselves and hope their co-workers are receptive.

I appreciated seeing scenarios presented from our institution, as well as the different options for responding when witnessing or experiencing racism in our workplace.

I found the training format engaging and realistic, particularly, the examples of micro aggressions in the workplace. Addressing the importance of the witness to micro aggressions and racial undertone comments was very helpful and, gave concrete examples of what to say that is professional and honest.

This program was very illuminating and represents what we as an institution (MGH, HMS) have been striving to work on. I have taken several different implicit-bias training programs, but this one drove home the intimate details of what we and our colleagues experience.

It is so important to recognize the biases we have and that we bring to our workplace. I have been challenged to recognize these biases and have learned so much from programs like this—about myself, my colleagues, and my institutions.

Thank you for the opportunity and privilege to learn and grow. Such programs help us to become a better person and a better organization.

I have witnessed improvements in our sensitivity to racism and bias during my decades at the MGH. We are such a stronger institution now, and we strive to continue to grow in this important domain.

I agree that the scenarios were helpful - more than I would have expected.  Some of the characters were very exaggerated, and I wish there were some examples of the millions of more subtle aggressions that we perpetrate.  Still, it was helpful.  I thought my own physical reaction was as educational as anything - a reminder that there are physical health consequences of injustice.
