The content was excellent. The different scenarios and perspectives were a valuable look into the situation from several different angles.

The four scenarios presented gave a different, but all equally important perspective on these very real problems in the workplace.

I'd love to see it come into practice everywhere, but it honestly seemed like an idealized version of how things should work. It's already a systemic cultural issue, and there's a disparagingly low number of POC in my particular setting, and even then, I generally see those POC in my hospital not in care giving rolls, but rather food service and janitorial positions. Problem being that many POC are systemically blocked from obtaining care level careers from more than just our private institutional racism.

This Training was very well put together and very accurate as I and others have experienced things very similar to these scenarios. I love how engaging they are and how it really places you into others perspectives.
