The videos really highlighted common issues in healthcare for POC and even explained how microagressions can lead to much bigger issues and uphold institutional racism, great job

I found the format of the training very well done. It was helpful to select options of how to respond and to see the same scenario from different points of view. A follow-up discussion would be helpful on a micro level with our individual teams to reflect on how similar situations may occurring within our departments, as well as to identify what supports we all need to be able to both recognize when they occur and to be able to speak up to address them.

The four scenarios were really helpful and it was a good overview of the types of racism and microagressions that many people encounter.

Good variety of perspectives and aspects of racism that occur in the workplace.  Very thoughtful.

I appreciated the emphasis on those in power and authority doing their own work and not just relying on others to be their sole teachers.  Well done- hope there is more to come on this!

This is a tough subject to train in. I've appreciated everything MGB has put together. I wonder if anyone is studying outcomes?
