I just experienced how speaking up about a DEI issue at MGB really works - I was listened to and my concern was taken seriously.  The appropriate action was taken by MGB.  It was an excellent experience and I was very impressed and happy.

Sometimes it is easier said than done when trying to stand up to someone who is being racist and not caring about how other feel about their actions. They do what they feel is right and may be doing it subconsciously so if it's not pointed out to them then the situation will never change. If they are not made aware, then how can they take steps to change?
