Video is well put together. As a person of color it's great to see MGB is taking action, if only we could go worldwide that would really make a difference.

Very good course with real life examples that are applicable to real life situations.

While I think the scenarios were very well done, by choosing only some paths I am worried that people may miss some of the necessary outcomes when the wrong path is taken. There are wrong paths and it is much easier to choose the correct path when in alone in your office but much harder when in real time. Forcing people to see the results of "wrong choices" or more importantly the decisions that are not wrong just not the best choice, would be enlightening as well.

These four different scenarios made me think more about how I can be a better human in general. I like the real time interaction, and getting to see all the outcomes. Very well done, I think this should be a yearly mandatory training.

I appreciate the different perspectives.  This exercise will compel me to better consider my own actions.

I've witnessed the executive presence passed off as "fit" and "leadership" qualities.  I hope people/managers/directors/program directors can watch this and are able to reflect on their biases.

From this webinar, I was able to learn about various ways to deal with racisim both professionally and in my personal life. I will apply what I learned throughout my time at BWF with patients and multidisciplinary teams while at work.
