I found this training to be informative and engaging. I appreciated that real-life examples were used so that staff can recognize and put a stop to inappropriate behavior and situations. I think it is also helpful to know how to respond, as many people may feel that they don't know the right way or most effective way to come forward.

I enjoy watching the four scenarios as it apply for different rules on healthcare fields. It gives more detailed and true to life scenarios. overall it gives information for everyone to know the rights and where to seek advice and help when needed.

This did an excellent job of presenting how persuasive racism can be within an organization, and how many microaggressions occur without people being aware.

The format of 'choose your own response' was played out well.
