very well constructed course.  Coming from New Hampshire, which historically has not been a racially diverse area, it gave me a lot to consider

I think that implicit racism exists within our community both at large (the country) and smaller scales, such as Boston, and more specifically, the hospital. As a white person, we have obligations to stand up when we see the subtle acts of racism, such as the instances in the videos, as well as do personal work, reflections, and research to better understand how we have been raised into a country built upon racism. We owe this to our peers who may not look like us, but do the same work we do everyday.

Incredibly powerful and thought-provoking. It's clear that racism is still a major issue in our society and it's important that we all do our part to dismantle it. The stories shared by the speakers really drove home the impact that racism has on individuals and communities, and I'm committed to taking action and being an ally in the fight for justice and equality.
