very well constructed course.  Coming from New Hampshire, which historically has not been a racially diverse area, it gave me a lot to consider

I felt that this course was well formatted to scenarios that very well occur in the workplace, as well as engaging ways to attack these issues professionally to improve the diversity and comfortability of all employees with a sense of equality.

It was refreshing to see familiar scenarios (in any work setting) portrayed and gave me some to reflect on.

This was one of the best courses on ending racism I've taken. The scenarios were, sadly, realistic, but made me think.

I think that implicit racism exists within our community both at large (the country) and smaller scales, such as Boston, and more specifically, the hospital. As a white person, we have obligations to stand up when we see the subtle acts of racism, such as the instances in the videos, as well as do personal work, reflections, and research to better understand how we have been raised into a country built upon racism. We owe this to our peers who may not look like us, but do the same work we do everyday.

i could support ending racism by stoping or reporting who ever is doing it.

Incredibly powerful and thought-provoking. It's clear that racism is still a major issue in our society and it's important that we all do our part to dismantle it. The stories shared by the speakers really drove home the impact that racism has on individuals and communities, and I'm committed to taking action and being an ally in the fight for justice and equality.

Scenarios are all realistic ones or real stories.  These are deep routed problems but we can address all of these with collective effort.

I agree. I found the content thought-provoking and very well put together.  The exercise certainly left me thinking about what I can do (and what I may have not done in the past) on a daily basis to be a part of ending racism.

Maya Angelou's quote, "Do the best you can until you know better. When you know better, do better" summed this course up for me. I now know I can do better.
