Think this should be offered in all hospitals and other public institutions like schools and government agencies!  Well done and thank you!

I really appreciate the way these videos presented the different perspectives of all employees.  Did a nice job exposing the discomfort we can experience, giving feedback, getting feedback and being an active bystander.  Thank you

some of the scenarios were triggering and I worry about the retraumatization of POC in these trainings

Some of these scenarios are so egregious it's surprising to hear that they are based on real events that happened at MGH.  It's eye-opening.

Well-designed, real scenarios that are relevant to our setting and unfortunately occur not that infrequently.

well done with realistic scenarios for our setting

I believe the video did a great job at addressing white fragility. The feelings of defensiveness when being called out for racist behaviors (intentional or not) were shown to be an important process in making actual change. POC are often put in situations where they do not feel comfortable to speak up or take action, and it is so so important to be an ally.

I really liked that it was different scenarios that were not just super obvious situations. Some were and that is helpful, but the subtly was so much more helpful and the options were very good.

I thought this training was very helpful and thought provoking. I liked that there were different perspectives and different roles used to demonstrate the way bias and discrimination affects employees at all levels.
