surprising
Some of these scenarios are so egregious it's surprising to hear that they are based on real events that happened at MGH. It's eye-opening.

White fragility
I believe the video did a great job at addressing white fragility. The feelings of defensiveness when being called out for racist behaviors (intentional or not) were shown to be an important process in making actual change. POC are often put in situations where they do not feel comfortable to speak up or take action, and it is so so important to be an ally.

Very well done
I really liked that it was different scenarios that were not just super obvious situations. Some were and that is helpful, but the subtly was so much more helpful and the options were very good.
