Awareness
I felt the scenario-based learning was an excellent way to present these different scenarios and perspectives. It brings to light how microaggressions often go under the radar and in order to address systemic racism, we must first bring awareness to how it is mainly prevalent today.

I really liked this training module as the four different perspectives gave a lot of insight to the viewer. The four perspectives really showed how racism affects everybody in different ways. The same situation could affect two different people in two very different ways.

So important!
Like the top comment said, practice what you preach. We should be continuously making an effort to be aware of racial issues and exclusivity and speak up as an ally to help minimize this. Educate yourself while educating others on the matter.
