Probably the best DEI training video I've completed
Very helpful video! I especially appreciate how we were able to hear people's thoughts after being on the receiving end of a microaggression

Well acted to simulate a close to real life experience
The actors did a good job to demonstrate the internal feeling one might have after going through a microaggression, or any sort of racism no matter how blatant or subtle. Great and empowering videos.

Ending Racism
I felt this module was very thorough and thoughtful in providing 4-5 different examples of what racism and microaggresions can look like in the workplace and then providing various ways to respond and provide constructive solutions towards dismantling racism.

Ending Racism

I thought it was very important to see the different scenarios of how racism can affect certain groups of people in certain ways. It is important for this to be shown in all these ways so that there can be an overall and better understanding for all groups of people on how microaggressions, racism, discrimination, and more can affect people.

The contents were kind of
The contents were kind of shocking seeing all the micro-aggressions come into play so lively within the workplace. But one thing that truly does stand out is the power dynamics, and how nearly impossible it can be to stand up to your ignorant boss. United Against Racism trainings are my favorite part of the health streams, and I enjoy watching them.
