I thought it was well put together-- but the implication was that while there are nuances to the experience of ethnic and racial discrimination, that all people who are white or in a place of privilege are essentially coming from the same place.  This leaves out ways that someone may be perceived as white or privileged yet also feel insecure, vulnerable to exclusion or judgment, and even may have an ethnic or racial identity that isn't superficially evident

This course allows individuals to recognize the disparities that are overlooked within the work setting and it therefore catalyzes change.

Having been on both sides this topic mostly unknowingly it was a good to see different ways to handle multiple situations.

I was genuinely shocked at the beginning of the course to find that all of the scenarios were taken from real-life scenarios. Moreover, I appreciated that MGH took the time to interview people to develop and put together this training. It's impact on me will not be forgotten nor taken lightly.

This was a very interesting and informative training. I will strive to continue to use these tips in my everyday life.

The content was very important on a topic that in this political climate is even more so difficult and uncomfortable to have. But, THAT is why it is imperative that we have them. Only real lasting change comes with time, patience, empathy, and the willingness to grow. 

The training was well organized and understandable 

After viewing the 4 scenarios, I was able to better understand the racism that exists in medical settings to people of many diverse backgrounds and knowing that it's not okay and that it's important to stick up for yourself and for others who are being mistreated.
