Very Engaging Course
I thought this course was put together very well! Not only was it engaging, it also covered a wide variety of topics on racial bias that I did not expect it to cover.

Accountability
I think it's important that everyone takes accountability for the roles they play when it comes to racial biases. It's not up to anyone but yourself to get educated on the matters and decrease your own ignorance whether it's intentional or not.

impressive
Coming from a job that had absolutely no DEI training yet preached diversity and inclusion, I am impressed with the learning material that was provided and I anticipate a very welcoming and educated staff when I start working at BWFH.
