The content really resonated with me, and I appreciated the work that was put into creating stories and scenarios that were authentic and sourced from people who work at MGB. 

This course was great in providing different perspectives on how racism is seen throughout the healthcare system.  The presentations were well thought out and provided great information on the topic.

I appreciated the different perspectives in this lesson. Often I feel like it's easy to focus on patients who are racist or say inappropriate things, but it's important to shift the focus back to employees and how we can create a better environment for all staff. 

Important to think about all aspects of a workplace. I appreciated the multiple perspectives 

engaging and insightfull 

I found this training to be incredibly well done. It was very informative to be able to experience the same institution from multiple different perspectives, and I really appreciated how realistic each situation was. I often wanted to replay each scenario out multiple times, as I learned so much with each different outcome!

This curriculum showed that we must speak up for our colleagues, because often times there are stipulations or blatant/underlying racism/reasons why they cannot speak up for themselves. If we notice something, we should process the situation and think of how we can assist them. Speak with our colleagues to understand their perspectives and providing support. Even if they do not look like us. If everyone did this, this would be a great start at tearing down institutional racism.
