I found many parts of this training to be very relatable and have even had some of the experiences myself which really highlighted how much of a part racism is in the work force but also how we can work towards ending it.

I appreciated the different perspectives in this lesson. Often I feel like it's easy to focus on patients who are racist or say inappropriate things, but it's important to shift the focus back to employees and how we can create a better environment for all staff.

I found this training to be incredibly well done. It was very informative to be able to experience the same institution from multiple different perspectives, and I really appreciated how realistic each situation was. I often wanted to replay each scenario out multiple times, as I learned so much with each different outcome!

Christopher Landry replied on

I agree wholeheartedly! I appreciate insight into everyone's perspectives and biases. Also, how each video highlighted the different outcomes for many situations. Every answer will not work for every situation, but taking the time to listen, understand, and speak up will make all the difference

Devin Maximus replied on

This was incredibly well done. I often wanted to review each of the different outcomes for the given scenarios to see how they all played out.
