Coming from a job that had absolutely no DEI training yet preached diversity and inclusion, I am impressed with the learning material that was provided and I anticipate a very welcoming and educated staff when I start working at BWFH.

Natalie Carr replied on

This training is very important & makes you understand the importance of standing up for yourself, your voice gives other's voice! Let's build a world beyond racism and discrimination where we all exercise our human rights!

Brunna Gomes replied on

I think that this is a great way for us to take time to take a step back and hold ourselves accountable to our actions and the way we behave/think during situations. With the help of this course I think we will be able to learn to acknowledge and challenge our biases in order to foster a more welcoming and safer work environment.

I agree with everyone above. Multiple story lines remind us how racism can embed itself in infinite daily scenarios. We have the power to recognize ignorance and create change.

I agree with the motto practice what you preach it actually one that I follow everyday, along with treating others how you would like to be treated.

Very informative, and the interactive 4 scenarios were useful in seeing how microaggressions may pop up, and what best way to deal with them.

Kamila De Andrade replied on

This training content was the best I've ever seen. It encompassed a wide range of experiences and appropriate ways to handle each situation.

Christy Valentin replied on

I enjoyed the four different scenarios, and the interactive nature of all of them.

Kelly Woodmansee replied on

I was worried coming from a big city moving to NH/Mass microaggressions and blatant racism would be a major issue, but so far, the office I'm at is diverse and they seem to have guidelines and steps in place to mitigate issues addressed in the videos. It's important to stand up for yourself and others dealing with these issues.
