I really liked this training module as the four different perspectives gave a lot of insight to the viewer. The four perspectives really showed how racism affects everybody in different ways. The same situation could affect two different people in two very different ways.

Like the top comment said, practice what you preach. We should be continuously making an effort to be aware of racial issues and exclusivity and speak up as an ally to help minimize this. Educate yourself while educating others on the matter.

The different scenarios and perspectives of each employee really helped me understand the emotions of each of them and truly how often racism can occur in a workplace. This training was very beneficial and important to implement so all employees can do better to prevent situations like those happening in the future.
