Important to see and acknowledge
The 4 different perspectives presented were all very important. Often times, we focus only on our own experiences and fail to see situations and interactions from other points of view. In order to improve, we must be first understand the problem.

Fantastic Resource
The four scenarios which highlighted various interactions that are common to a health care environment provided perspectives that might not be obvious to a majority of those working in a hospital. I took a lot away from this course and am glad to have completed it.
