Very Intuitive
Very intuitive and fascinating format for this module. I felt very engaged, and some of the scenarios hit close to home, regardless if they happened to me or not. I’ve heard some stories, and its great to see that the Mass General network is doing their best to better educate their staff and create a more inclusive environment for their staff and patients alike.

Racism
Ending racism requires the active participation and responsibility of everyone in society. It is not enough to be a passive observer; we must actively educate ourselves and engage in conversations about racism. By offering a bystander education course, organizations can empower employees to recognize and confront racial bias and discrimination. Scenario-based learning can provide practical skills and strategies for addressing these issues effectively. Additionally, incorporating an understanding of systemic racism and its connection to interpersonal racism is crucial for creating lasting change. Finally, organizations should reinforce these efforts by aligning their Human Resources policies and practices with the goal of dismantling racism.
