I enjoyed the four different scenarios, and the interactive nature of all of them.

I was worried coming from a big city moving to NH/Mass microaggressions and blatant racism would be a major issue, but so far, the office I'm at is diverse and they seem to have guidelines and steps in place to mitigate issues addressed in the videos. It's important to stand up for yourself and others dealing with these issues.

I agree. It was very insightful and eye opening to see the four different points of views so we are aware of the different instances that may occur on the field.

I do agree that to end racism it needs to be everyone's responsibiity. Everyone needs to be aware of the situations at hand and come together to make it right.

The scenario-based learning was a very interesting way to show the struggles our fellow peers face on a daily basis. I hope to see more scenario-based learning in the future covering these topics as it was very powerful.

This training course was a very big eye opener & every worker should be required to take the course.

I feel that it is better to know too much then to not know anything at all.

I was really happy to see such a well thought out training that really addresses some of the biases and stereotypes and situations that many people of color or other orientations/abilities run into which create high stress levels, anger and dissatisfaction in the workplace.

The concept of safety and respect and equity is key, but better yet, examples on how to de-escalate and create kind empathy based transitions to invite discussions that might be able to elicit true listening and understanding,

Most people are not conscious or able to reflect adequately due to the challenges of the moment to create better endings to these common occurrences.

Great start on the work we all need to do.
